Mr Olugboyega Jeremy Coker

Jeremy is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser with over 35 years of experience in public practice. He is mostly involved in assisting non-UK entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes smooth the journey in relation to cross border challenges that arise when they wish to set up in the UK.

Voluntary work includes serving in various capacities on a number of committees of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, one of which included a stint as Chairman of its London
branch

He is a past President and Trustee of the Association of Taxation Technicians, the number one body for tax compliance professionals in the UK and continues to serve on many committees of the Association.

He is also a member of The Administrative Burdens Advisory Board (ABAB), an independent board that reports to HM Treasury ministers as part of its aim to help deliver administrative burden savings for businesses, through offering expert advice in the UK government’s delivery
of initiatives on various new policies and guidance.

A keen Arsenal supporter, he has run six marathons for charity.
