Otunba Oladele Osinuga BA (Hons) LLB (Hons) BL LLM MA is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, England and Wales, and Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also an accredited Mediator and admitted Counsel to the International Criminal Court and the Kosovo Specialist Chambers both in the Hague, Netherlands.

Oladele is a leading expert in Public International Law, Legal Reform, Corporate Governance, Business Risk and Compliance, Data Protection and Privacy, Business Integrity and Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Asset
Recovery, Combating the financing of terrorism, Mediation, Strategic, Change and Leadership Management.

For almost 3 decades Oladele has worked in local government (Bury, Melton, Camden, Harrow, Harrow, Enfield and Hackney Councils), central government (CPS), the private sector (Olympus and Blackwells) and international governmental organisations (EU and PADF-OAS) in the UK, Europe, Belize, the Bahamas and Nigeria as Lawyer and Prosecutor. He is currently Principal Partner Lexfiscus Associates, a UK and Nigeria-based multidisciplinary international law and business consulting firm and Senior Counsel, Chambers of Chief Lanre Adeniyi and Co (now RA and Partners), Lagos.

In addition, he has been engaged as a Consultant by the International Development Law Organisation in the Bahamas working on the reform of the Justice Sector, ECOWAS Community Court of Justice Registry and for the Institutul Pentru Initiative Strategice AO funded project by UK DFID on Anti-Corruption and the Judiciary in Moldova. He was formerly Expert Consultant to the Chairman of the Nigerian House of Representatives Committee on Treaties and Protocols.

He is on the United Nations Development Programme Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery Rule of Law, Justice and Security Roster of deployable Experts and is a UK Foreign Office and DFID Deployable DV Security Rule of Law Expert.

Oladele holds Bachelor degrees in Philosophy and in Law, Master of Arts Human Resource Management University of Westminster, Master of Laws in Public International Law University of Gloucestershire, Certificate in International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Human Rights Law Salzburg Law School Universit Salzburg, Certificate in European Union Civilian Crisis Management, (Institute of Law, Politics and Development, Scuola Superiors Sant’ Anna, Pisa Italy), and Certificate in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Regent’s School of Psychotherapy & Psychology, Regent’s University London.

Oladele is a Contributing Author of Social Science Research Network  ssrn.com where he has authored over ten peer reviewed articles on International Organisations, Conflict, Rule of Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights and International law in leading academic journals drawing on his professional and academic experience.

Oladele was formerly a Parish Church of England Primary School Council Foundation Governor in Dagenham and is currently a Diocese of St Albans, Member of the Parochial Church Council of his local church in Hertfordshire.

Oladele plays Golf and football to keep fit, he is an avid supporter of Manchester United and 3SC.
